- Terms are agreed in the quote. Early adopter terms are fixed for 12 months.
- Where is my data stored?
- In ISO 27001 certified data centres in the EU. A data processing agreement is part of the contract.
- What does migration involve?
- We import customers, grades and open contracts. The Blackbox connects your weighbridge. The guided setup covers the rest.
- Do I pay for users?
- No.
- Do I pay for modules?
- No. Every module is included from day one.
